That's according to this Forrester Consulting paper, commissioned by Adobe, which covers the results of an online survey in May 2021 with 600 APAC business decision makers in human resources, sales, and legal departments with responsibility for digital document processing at their organisation.
It looks at the key issues faced by legal teams as they move from relying on paper-based processes to modern document management processes.
Legal departments have been forced to rapidly modernise their document management processes by adopting cloud-based technologies, including digital document processes and e-signatures, and have since then observed improved governance, compliance, and data security.
